Museum

Physiology museum is educational resource, offering a platform to explore the normal body functions for the undergraduates. The museums display historical artefacts, models, charts, instruments that showcase the development of healthcare systems, normal functioning of the body systems.

The museum also provides information and insights about various flow charts, models of normal body functions. Normal central nervous system functioning with flow charts, normal cardiovascular functioning with recording of electrical activity of the heart. Sports physiology with equipments, haematology lab with compound microscope to visualise various blood cells. Study of autonomic nervous system by studying heart rate variability,
The museum has the following thematic areas:

  • 1.Historical instruments of Physiology
  • 2.Clinical Haematology
  • 3.Electrocardiogram
  • 4.Sports Physiology
  • 5.Heart rate variability
